CERTIFIED QUALITY
In 1996, among the first manufacturers in our sector in Europe, we obtained the certification of our Quality System for the design and production of stretch fabrics according to UNI EN ISO 9001.
Quality we regard as a continuous research for customers' satisfaction; the continuous improvement of our performance is the method we have identified to achieve this; Quality along the whole process of design and production is the way we work. Quality inspires us in every action and this is thoroughly certified.
We have been among the first in Europe to obtain for the entire production range the trademark "Fiducia nel tessile", the ecological certification according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 which is demanded by an increasing number of customers who are aware of the importance of health and environmental considerations and who appreciate the absence of substances harmful to health in fabrics. In our products all this is certified.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT CO-FINANCED BY REGIONE VENETO AND EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.
In December 2007 a Research and Development Project co-financed by Regione Veneto and European Community has been concluded, performed by PIAVE MAITEX with the aim of developing a range of innovative fabrics as to technical performances, inspired to the concept of comfort, close fitting, breathability, insulating power and bacteriological equilibrium. After the first stage of the research, aimed to determine the best values of comfort parameters here above mentioned, in a second stage a considerable range of innovative fabrics have been developed and tested, after having obtained them by innovative production process and innovative materials. To obtain confirmation of the results obtained, some specific tests have been performed and the extremely high performances reached, often exceeding the foreseen values, have been so verified.
